Deliveries and Returns for Cohoon Co.

We offer a collection option for our Cape Town area customers.  Our Showroom is open every second Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.  You can also contact Lucy on sales@cohoon.co.za or 0824210873 to arrange an appointment for your collection.

Items that are shipped will be sent with one of our trusted couriers.  The delivery charges are calculated on checkout.

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Should you wish to return or exchange unused items, you may do so within 7 days of purchase together with the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please consider that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to us.  Once we have received the goods we will refund your purchase.

Returns after 7 days may be accepted against credit given, by agreement.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Return delivery costs are not covered by us.
